Journey to the other side of ocean 墾丁

So today, my friends and I went in a tour-group to Kenting National Park, 墾丁國家公園! and it was amazing, i'm overwhelmed, and I was freezing to death.
It's in the middle of November already, so winter is around the corner, it might not be a good idea to go to the beach... well despite the bad weather we had all day, I enjoy the trip so much!

So, a Kenting National Park located in Pingtung 屏東, southern Taiwan, basically it's below the Kaohsiung on the map. So we went south to see the beach! yay!
I never been to Kenting in these 4 years, despite of the fact that it's just 2 hours away from Kaohsiung. But yes, I join the foreign student's activity from dormitory, and we went with japanese, chinese, taiwanese, and my beloved indonesian fellas. It was  amazing, like I said before!

But today, it was rain heavily, and it's freakin cold, the wind blows like it was blown by God of the wind.

Recently I was intrigued by the beauty of ocean and deep ocean. At the 4th grade I learned about ocean, and I really want to do the diving, although I know i can't swim :(

But well today, the journey has made me satisfied. The beach, the sea, the waves, the wind, the scenery, it was all just really beautiful. Come visit Kenting, if you are in Taiwan.

This is the first place we visit, after 2 hours of the journey, we finally arrived the beach, and notice that it rains all day, but the time when we play at the beach, the rain stop, though the sky is still grey. 

I played volley, though i could not play it! we are on the second place after the chinese students, and on the third place there is japanese students :D i never hit the ball, I just wish the ball didnt come to me. 

The water is so blue and really clean, but it's salty! oh, and after that, we have to change our clothes and we look for a place to wash ourselves, and the place is really really clean, unlike those in indonesian, my fella indonesian people, should learn from them how they could keep the place clean!

The place called Maoyan 貓岩, or the cat-rock. It is the coral-reef fallen to the ocean, and people said it looks like a cat. though i dont think it looks like cat, do you? However, it was an amazing scenery from up there. The wind is strong, I almost broke my umbrella! haha. and look at that sky. The weather just made the waves even stronger. but I find it interesting how a windy day, and a rainy day could make the sea looks more beautiful and mysterious.

They say it was the most south part of Taiwan. Well, i could not tell whether it is, but we could only just see the ocean from faraway. in this place, the wind is strong, and it's cold, I try to light my cigarette, but it becomes wet because of the rain, so I could not even smoke at all! :(

This is the best part of the journey!! Haha, i dont know what they call this place, but the scenery is freakin good from up there!! even better than the first one. what makes it more interesting, that we have to go through the rain and wind to get there, no umbrella will be safe when you try to get there, the path is slippery, so be careful! well, i think, if today's weather is not that bad, the scenery must be more enjoyable. Nonetheless, I enjoy this kind of extreme journey. haha :D it's really thrill to walk try to get through the rain and the wind!

This is the most interesting part of the journey. The nature-fire just come out from the ground and it never dies! It was like a crater, but with fire haha :D We should not go in there, but fuck da police! I went there, we made popcorn out of the nature-fire!! haha :D it tastes good! the water is warmer there. i think, there might be more places for the fire. it's cool! really interesting.
if you plan to go to see the fire, they said, you should go here in winter or autumn! because in summer, the water from the rain might close the way for the fire.

Haha, all over, today's journey was great! 

Moreover, i experienced the ocean, the sea, in a different manner. The ocean looks more manly, more fierce, and more mysterious. It is, i think, the true side of the ocean itself.
